Happy Mother's Day

It was a very nice day. It started with a phone call from Karen and one from Hailey. They were going to take a drive and see some sights. Then later in the day Dan called.




Later Ted and I went on a bike ride around the Columbia River Park. Of course we wore our helmets and as you can see we are stylin'.




There were a lot of other families out with their mother's, enjoying the day.


Of course you can't help but noticing the really buff guys along the trail.



There was a lot going on around the river and above also





We were very fortunate today. We normally only hear about celebrities if they happen to pay our area a vist, but today we met Bert and Ernie.


Incase you don't know who they are, Bert is in front, he's 10, and that's Earnie beside him, he's 6 1/2. They were getting ready to give a family a ride around the river.







The end of the day brought us a well needed rain.
