Rollin' on the River Sunday July 24, 2005

What a beautiful day for a cruise!! Throw in some food and it's perfect!!



We were on the Columbia River, not far from where we live. There are a number of Bridges that cross the River here, the Blue Bridge, the Cable Bridge, railroad bridges and Highways, we got a river view of them.

Here you can see the two landmark bridges in the area, the Blue Bridge and in the back ground the Cable Bridge

As you pass under the Blue Bridge you will see the Moore Mansion, built in 1905.



We also spotted an Ospry's nest in one of the River Markers. Remember you can click on a picture for a larger view.


You can spot the signs along the river that the river event of the year is approaching.
