Last week Kathy and I went to The Olive Garden for lunch. We shared one of the new lunch dishes, Venetian Apricot Chicken, it was love at first bite. For me it was a dish that I kept thinking of. Then I recalled that at their website they had some of their recipes posted, so I surfed over to check it out, and sure enough THERE IT was the new dish posted for all the world to prepare at home. That is exactly what I did. It was so good that I want to share it with the world!You really sould try this one, it's so, so good, and so, so, so easy!
